It is important to understand that your unique bridal gown is truly that, and because of its bespoke nature, we cannot offer returns.  All items undergo quality control checks to ensure fabric and manufacturing are of the highest standard. In the unlikely circumstance of a manufacturing fault, items can be returned for a replacement or repair, depending on concern.  In the case of a manufacturing fault we must be contacted within 7 days of delivery of your item, with the item returned within 14 days.
